Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the participant must attended the full workshop session and express dissatisfaction within 7 of completion. 

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of a refund request from the participant. Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

 

Conditions for a Full Refund:

A full refund will be issued if the participant has actively participated in the workshop.

 

Exclusions:

Refunds will not be issued for reasons beyond the control of the Create Group, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, lack of commitment to the program, or failure to actively engage in the workshop.

 

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be the total purchase price paid by the participant, excluding any non-refundable fees or charges that may apply.

 

Timeframe:

Refund requests must be received within 7 days from the date of the last module to be considered.

 

Processing Time:

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the request is approved.
