Hello and Welcome! Thanks for checking out my online portfolio. I hope you like it! My name is Johnny, I live in sunny Queensland, Brisbane, and I am a web, graphic and video designer specialising in web design.
graduated QUT in 2009, with a bachelor in creative industries – communication design and currently work part time as the lead web developer/designer in a Brisbane based company, whilst freelancing for my own clients in my free time.
I code websites with HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery whilst also sneaking in a bit of XML and PHP. My weapon of choice is WordPress

I have been creating websites and web applications for over the last 6 years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Websites are my passion, there is nothing more than I love then diving into some code and creating a website. Rarely a day will pass where I’m not creating a website, editing a website, or spending time just learning the always changing trends of the web. I can not wait for HTML5 and CSS3 to be fully supported. Come on IE pick up your game! And flash you better watch out, jQuery is going to take over very soon.

When it was time to give my business site a complete overhaul the temptation was to go to one of the many well-established web professionals I know in Brisbane. As a former General Manager of ICEmedia and CEO of QANTM I’ve spent a large chunk of my professional life in interactive media and software companies.
However I decided I wanted a fresh take on things from someone with plenty of skills and who would work to a brief with flair. I knew Jon was a recent graduate of QUT and had seen enough of his work to know he had the web design skills necessary to do the job well.
I wasn’t disappointed. Jon was able to interpret my brief easily and communicated with me during the process as well as any 10-year pro would have.
